Hi!

As you've probably figured out, I'm D'Arcy - the owner and operator of Tech Support Hervey Bay. At about 10 years old, I attempted my first device repair - replacing the screen on my smashed iPod. While that particular adventure might have gone a little poorly, I continued to experiment and learn - which led me to a traineeship at a local computer repair store about 5 years ago. After completing my traineeship (and a separate internship I had been involved in), I took some time to slow down, before finally starting Tech Support Hervey Bay!
